Le Saint Sang (The Holy Blood)
… but why this name ?
The reason is simple: it is the assassination of our good old St. Lambert which has been a
trigger for the economic and cultural development of Liege.
The fourquet (a wooden stirring stick), which is an essential tool during the brewing process, occupies a predominant place on the logo.
The concept of a microbrewery implies that all the beers that are consumed in the brew-pub, are brewed on the spot. This way you will be able to taste your beer and at the same time pay a visit to the production areas: the brewing halls, the fermentation rooms and the maturing room.
Services
The microbrewery will offer four excellent high-quality services:
- The beers: everyone will find something to suit his/her taste with the 7 basic beers of organoleptic and optimal sanitary quality;
- Restaurant: fancy a snack or a light meal? Everything is possible at a small price!
- A congenial, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The decoration will be theme related, original and surprising. From time to time, free concerts of young bands will cheer up your evening;
- The show case for the promotion of beer and Belgian brewing know-how: an original decoration will allow a pedagogical and a surprising approach with the brewery.
Concert hall
Looking for an original evening among friends? Come and enjoy yourselves with a glass of beer and a free concert! Young bands, especially selected for you, will have the privilege to introduce themselves… We also have the intention to organise piano-bar evenings and jam sessions!

Restaurant
Apart from our beers, we will suggest light meals (sandwiches, snacks, etc…) as well as the most appreciated soft-drinks and alcohols…
The 5 cen’TIME
Being very popular in America, the happy hour is surely worth mentioning! A particular atmosphere takes hold of the microbrewery during this period in which every beer is sold at half price! During the 5 cen’TIME (between 17 and 19 o’clock), the blonde and amber beers will be sold at … 5 cents per 10ml!
