Born 29 years ago (1979) and originating from Rochefort in Belgium, Nicolas has accumulated several experiences abroad as part of his agronomic studies.

As an engineer-brewer he started his career on a working mission in the famous trappist brewery of Rochefort. Afterwards he was recruited by the Quebecer branch of a chain of French microbreweries.

He came back in 2006 with the desire to create his own brew-pub.

In 2007-2008 he worked as an assistant in a well known university of agronomic sciences.

At the end of 2008 he decided to move to Liege in order to concentrate more on his project.

Currently he’s a master-assistant in agronomic studies in a college in Liege.
